Creating a mindset which helps your thrive in life and love is what I like to call a manifestation mindset. We are actually the co-creators of our lives and people who are currently living their dreams know this is true! They have adopted a manifestation mindset that is so naturally engrained in their process that it’s just their mindset now. That’s where you can be too! It just takes a little practice and a little focus on the truth that you are a creator and curator of your life.

So, what is a manifestation mindset?

A {manifest} Mindset in the simplest of terms is a true belief in yourself and the power of your dreams.

If you are basing your thinking and confidence in self love and a true belief in the power of you and the power of your dreams – you will start to see your life shift in incredible and beautiful ways.

If your first thought is, you know what – I can do this and I am worthy of my dreams. Then, of course! Your next thoughts and actions will be guided by this belief. And you will be filled with gratitude for your life and your abilities that continue to grow. Aligned action and gratitude are the natural next steps of a manifestation mindset.

So, how can we cultivate this mindset to help us reach our dreams and goals? I’ve got some great first steps for you below.

1. Start falling in love with who you are and all you’ve accomplished.

2. Be proud of yourself and the things you’ve already manifested! Try to start keeping a compliment journal so you can remember all these wonderful things, even on your “down” days because we all know, those will come occasionally.

3. Show self compassion, always! Just like you show compassion, care and understanding to others, extend this same love and support to yourself – daily.

4. Write down your dreams and goals. Once you can see them written down you will most likely be inspired to then take aligned action. The next steps will reveal themselves to you. And it’s simple things. Just one small step a day can help you achieve your dreams.

5. Gratitude. Gratitude. Gratitude. Being thankful for all that you already have in your life and being thankful for all that will be! Even things you haven’t imagined yet! That’s the fun part, when you start thinking about all the imaginable that is now possible.
