Online Dating can really take a toll on your mental health. It’s a numbers game that truly seems like a GAME. It can feel exhausting. I know because I struggled with online dating for over 6 years! 

I knew something needed to change and I realized online dating probably wasn’t going to change. Hate the player, not the game, amiright??

So, I decided to switch up my process with intention and I started taking concrete steps in my journey to finding love. Some of those included:

  • creating more space for love
  • saying No to the NO’s
  • and YES to the yes’s
  • more self love!
  • positive mental health practices
  • removing limiting beliefs about love
  • creating positive affirmations about my love life

After I made these changes and really focused in on who I was, what I wanted and the life I wanted to live, I met my (now) husband on Bumble after just 6 weeks!
